I doubt that intelli would ban him unless it was a large majority that wanted him banned. If Intelli turns around and bans him then it would make him seem weak, therefore banning Lightbulbs will only do bad.
We all know that if Light is banned then he will just change his IP and come back as a different player.

Look at my long statement back on page... 3 I think, then rethink that statement.

1) if you got it during alpha then that sounds right. It is 22 now.
