I'd like to hear a rebuttal from Chooz, given that he's supposedly willingly engaged in this before.

I'm not very familiar with legal terms, so I'm not sure if a "rebuttal" is supposed to help PrO or myself, however since Ael wants to hear something from me, this is what I'll say.

Every now and then me and PrO do engage in name calling and what not, but it's usually short and it stays in guild chat which usually only consists of me and PrO. Before I took all of those screen shots, I was busy mining and PrO started spamming me in guild chat. It got really irritating so I removed him from guild chat because I didn't want his spam on the screen while I mined. He then began to spam me through private messages which are unblockable and cannot be disabled using /chat. It became unbearable and I started taking screenies while threatening to ban request him. The rest you know.

So there you have it mods, he says he also talks crap with me on other occasions too. So the only person I engage in this kind of chat with is him and it's not a personal attack.

Now, can I be unbanned please..?

Talking crap is one thing, spamming someone with /msg is very much another level. When someone tells you to stop, you STOP. The fact that you were removed from guild chat should really have clued you in that you were already going much too far. Should you find yourself banned after this one is lifted, do not expect to be unbanned.

I assumed it was okay as I was only conversing with him, as he would occasionally spam at me too, and I don't really care enough about it when he does the same....
