The only relevant facts here are that McLoaded's account was used to grief, and that he has begged for forgiveness. Everything else stated so far is 100% irrelevant and has no bearing on anything at all. Imna recommend that yall just chill for a while and wait for an admin decision, which could easily take weeks if not longer, before an admin decides they have had enough of this absurd tit-for-tat mess and just bans everyone involved from the forums.
Weeks,.. wow.. Wouldnt that destroy the whole fun aspackt of playing games? I dont think the admins are minded like that, Im pretty sure they want to keep the fun in gaming, else its not worth to become a dedicated admin in my opinion, and I repeat: In my opinion! It's one click away to ban someone this easy, its the same way around. If u remove fun out of the gaming, then.. we'll it would be some sort of work u actually dont want 2 do.. like sitting around and wait till u get unbanned and can play again is also not fun. So I dont think u should consider this as work, but as fun. Hope to clarify my statemant a little. And sorry if my english isnt perfect.

Game Moderator : The primary job of the game moderator will be to enforce the rules and increase overall happiness of the players. Game moderators will be required to conduct themselves professionally and must be able to administer self control. We aren't going to lie, this is a stressful position. Minimum age is 16. There is a very, very, very rare occurence where we may except the younger ones, but for all who are reading this: assume you do not fit in to that group.

What you need to be a Mod
Super Important #1. Experience If you have been on this server for less than two weeks, I will not even look at your application.
I just thought I'd take a few minutes to explain some of the core guidelines we look for in potential Game Moderators. If you don't fall under some / any of these groups, then you have something you need to work on.
1. Positive Community Image - One of the most important things for a staff member to have is a positive image with the community. This means that you cannot be public enemy number one: you have to have mostly friends and only few enemies. One way I can very easily tell how cut out someone is for being a mod is this: If I see in their staff application that most of the replies are saying how the guy applying is a moron, a jerk, etc., or he's known to cause trouble, then he probably isn't really fit for being a Mod.
2. Thorough Community Interaction - Another key aspect of a Mod is that people need to know who he is. A player who is mainly a recluse in some log cabin on Survival server probably isn't the best pick for a Moderator. A very outgoing player who doesn't seem to be on anyone's bad side, however, is a perfect example of a mod: It demonstrates that he possesses the abilities to make friends and stay connected with the community.
Sorry but tbh i haven't seen anything positive from the admins or mods in my whole Ban Appeal.. And Im far from a happy player.. (how many times does a girl/guy have to say he is sorry,..)
And I can see why people say this.. I've readed this allot in allmost every ban appeal: This one is qouted from -

You do realize that if an admin actually bothers to check this, they will just look at the chat log, right? And I somehow doubt that ***** would of banned you for a single swear considering the fact that helpbot is already banning anyone who swears twice.
So Admins aren't bothered to check.. I can imagen.. At the time they actually tries to care about these banned members.. the posts are rediculas LONG.. they let people wait waaaay 2 long for a answer.. even a simple small message, an update.. but they consider their members as not important. It's feels coldhearted to me.
