Here's a tip. Use your brain. Don't agree to a contract with outrageous terms. And certainly don't ever enter into a contract with someone without having ample evidence of the terms. That goes for both sides.

Also: I was online when this took place. Monkey was basically bullied by a group of other players.
It was shamefull to all involved.

Ontopic: I don't think he deserves a refund, nobody forced him to pay that insane amount of credits for a realm thats only good for bragging rights.

This isn't the building that monkeytoad is referring to being torn down, the one jt had monkey tear down was a giant wool monstrosity that everyone on the server was complaining about. Monkey is complaining about how zane tore down his second structure he made after he removed his first one.
