I don't see how rocky was being a dick, all he did was donate a bunch of netherrack and then go idle near his store. Urmumma then proceeded to follow around rocky when he came back and fish hook him, which once again, is a VERY **** annoying thing to do to someone and as far as I can tell the main reason urmumma was banned was because he refused to stop annoying jtcanon. I fail to see how rocky acted like an ass.

I come before you with words from Urmumma23, who sent me a hate filled message after the Honorable Judge Kerovon sentenced me to a 24 hour vacation from our glorious motherland of Minerealm, so some far off tropic where the women are scantily clad, the booze runs free, and the same women aim to please.

To clarify, all quotes in the message were old posts from Pages 1 and 2 of the forum, thus not justifying a message quoting them. Those are simply distractions to pull your attention away from what really happened.

Also to be noted that my vacation began at 10:07PM, a lovely time, I must say. Oddly enough, Urmumma's message arrived at 10:07PM.

All these replies are fair, and are against me. I understand the moderators are the good people, but take infact to both sides equally please. To clear up the arguing Kylefate, jtcanon and I came to a calm peaceful quit in our argument, he'll give you that. I told him I would stop arguing. Again, the rule in which I broke was also broke by another player called Rocky_Blast .

Harassment (8.1): Harassment can be identified as performing an action with the intention of causing harm to another player, or the repeated verbal assault of another player, be it in game or on the forums. This is different from trolling in that it is personal and often malicious.Harassment is, as expected, a bannable offense.

Once the harassment victim asks the harasser to stop, he is required to stop. Continuing to harass will result in a ban.

There was a difference between what you and Rocky did. You, were harming people, where as dropping netherrack is not harmful nor malicious.

For the record, I did not take part in writing the book of rules. But a good majority of rules have to be specified in order to be followed. Everyone is looking for loopholes. I work as a moderator BY the rules. I only ban when someone breaks the rules. As to creating rules, I try to stay away from that. How does it benefit me by making up fake rules? If a staff member did make up fake rules, the community would attempt to adopt it.

I do think things are becoming too strict, but the real problem in this situation was defiance. Numerous players have already testified that they were "hooked", and when I told Urmumma23 to stop, he refused and continued to do so. People are making a very large deal out of something very minor. I anticipated that Urmumma23 would be unbanned. I want him to learn his lesson however.

On topic, I think we've had enough discussion about this. You're all either repeating things said previously or crying about unrelated garbage. Also...

As this entire argument seems out of place and over-the-top, I'll say this: You'll be unbanned Sunday night at 9pm GMT-6. I would tone it down on the trolling and annoying people, as if you do it enough there can be consequences. And, brain permitting, you may want to try to read the Book of Rules too (or just skim it). And more importantly, read the signs at Spawn.

Now bearing in mind the new point that Kerovon brought up that urmumma failed to yield to Moderator warning, that is a direct rule infraction, in which case this ban is actually legitimate.
