People, my self included have a fly mod installed in an alt. bin. I use if for building in SSP. Also I think joey meant that he had only flew once: that one day in a 5 min period.

EDIT: The first ban was for a questionable cause, I believe different people act differently when they are not being understood properly. Joey had a misunderstanding about when he died and lost stuff and got accused of something, thats all. So please stop referencing that he is a horrible spammer... ect because of that previous dispute. He was unbanned previously because that previous problem was resolved, that topic is over. As for flying joey made a mistake. This is where we try to see if the person had malicious intent with what he did. I believe joey meant no one harm...

yeah that would make sense. If that 5-minute period was called flying only once, that would be correct. Still, hacking is not allowed. There are even signs in the spawn building stating that. Joey obviously knew the rules, yet decided to break them. I would say no unban.

Now let's extrapolate this to the amount of time you spent flying without anyone watching and without anyone recording.
2/(.05*.005) = 8000 seconds. That's a little under 2 and a half hours.

Light I think you forget the anti flying plugin, he would have been flying and getting kicked that whole time. Joey only flew down that hill because he could at the time, i think he regrets it dearly. I believe he has no bad intent for the server. He needs a strong warning. I think he understands never to do anything bad again.

Light, many people play single player and multi player (OMG the thought of it) and some people myself included have mods they use in SSP. When I switch over to multiplayer I just move out my modded minecraft.jar and re-download a clean one.
I have no right to speak for what joey did I' just stating a FACT about what I do.

An Example of what Light does not understand: You can have a gun (In the US) with a licence but killing someone with it is illegal, you can have a flymod, using it on the server is illegal
You can have explosives in certain cases, like demolition company, but using them for evil is illegal!
