I think if Monkey creates a proper appeal, he should be let on. Honestly, swearing is one of the more minor offenses. If he can prove that he wants to be back on the server by creating a good appeal, I would say let him on for 3.0. But really, it's your choice jtcanon, and the admins. You were the one offended. If you say no unban, I guess it's no unban.

I would be more than happy to unban him, IF he actually made an appeal. All I have seen so far are things like "I deserve to be back."

I know i did something wrong. I was SO stupid. I CAN'T believe i swore on the server. I am a 12 year old kid at the time. I didn't even know what that c word meant. I know you guys are sick of me talking from the past 4 months. I think before all my brothers friends were on i was an awesome player on your server. I bet you guys remember coryinc, blumco and cwoodftw. I know they are really immature. They said they don't want to play on t he server anymore. I do. I love this server! All my friends are on it. Freakface99, lil90, SPURPS and many others. I also have my own realm i want to see again. I am now going into 8th grade and i'm 13! I still just want to be on your awesome server!
I don't know why i love it SO much but i just do. Because i had some much extra time on my hands I have been surfing other servers. But nothing compares to this one. NOTHING. That's an very big and powerful compliment because i surfed like 50 servers. So that means your really good!!!
I know i said a bad word and after all this writing i know your saying "whatever he still said a bad word at a mod." I know i did! I'm trying to fix it but its hard to persuade you guys. I'm 13 and i don't know how old you guys are. The basic thing is that i want to be let on the server again.

Still, 60 posts, ALL wanting to be unbanned? That's pretty impressive. Most people give up by 10 and start saying how bad the server is. I don't think this guy is 'butt-kissing' or anything, I think he's really sincere. It just seems like a small crime to me, even though it was aimed at a mod. Monkeytoad, don't say you didn't know what the 'c' word was, it's impossible to believe you, even if it's true. What further harm can he do, really? I doubt he would continue the swearing, seeing as he's so regretful right now.

One more thing. Monkey, didn't you say 4 months ago that you were 10? It's incredibly hard to age 2 years in 4 months without a time-travel device. Unless I'm confused, I believe mankind has not created such a device as of yet. Don't lie, it doesn't help you at all.

I think, if he can prove that he can keep his account secure (as in having more than a 3-letter password), and he can prove that unbanning him would be a good desicion, we should let him on. But as I said before, it's the mod's decision.

Given other ban cases have lead to swift unbans, and that this appeal has been floating about for several months over a somewhat harmless reason (though definitely obscene), we will unban you on the agreement that you will refrain from unnecessary tantrums, swearing, etc. You know, behave like a normal player.
