First of all, I have no clue how your WinRAR ran out. That is supposed to be the eternal 40 day trial.
Secondly, not quite it. Go into your 'bin' folder, there you should find a bunch of JARs, one of them called 'minecraft'. With X-Ray in the JAR, the size of your 'minecraft' JAR File should be approximately 4,772KB or something to that effect. Take a screenshot of this to show that you originally had this file.
Now delete the file. Open Minecraft, click on Options and click 'Force Update'. This will force the client to make a new JAR file. Once your client has finished updating, take another screenshot of your bin folder. the 'minecraft' JAR file should now be around 4,889KB in size. If possible, open the JAR with whatever compression program you have and screenshot it's contents.
It should contain a folder called META-INF. If it does, your client is now squeaky clean. :3
