Please all I want is a response to show I havent been forgotten. Its been two weeks I would love to get back to my projects and not loose my realms.

You have not been forgotten. Rokkr will post an unban date when/if he decides to unban you. As for your realms, an attempted login will reset the disband timer. Most "veterans" know this, so I feel that all players worried about losing their realms should also.
