Swearing is against the rules, and many people have been banned for it.
No it's just that I've seen a LOT of people swear, one in particular, that hasn't been banned yet. Also, if you look at one of the more recent posts, someone already answered this post.

Swearing is tolerated. Anyone that is constantly swearing will get a warning, kick, and then a ban.

Anyways, just because something is against the rules doesn't mean anyone doing a little of it is banned. Mods and admins use discretion.
