Am I perma-banned, Or Temp-Banned, Or what... Because i thought i might have made at least a slightly good point in my explanation and defense... I'm not trying to pester... i just kinda want to know...

Bans are never permanent unless specifically specified to be. Additionally, I'm the only one who can hand out permanent bans.

You need to create a ban appeal.

I think yall are using different definitions of 'permanent'. The vast majority of bans handed out on here permanent time-wise, but they can be appealed. I think what Intelli meant by permanent is that only he can say "Your appeal will never be successful" thus making it a true permanent ban. So he was talking about the appeal-ability of bans rather than the ban expiring naturally.
