Anyone can say their account was hacked. In fact, it's one of the most common excuses for breaking the rules.

We're trying to figure out if your account was truly hacked or not, and if you're using two accounts to defend yourself. Anyone can make two forum accounts to simply defend themselves.

Rokkrwolf makes the final decisions here, not me or you. You're not permanently banned until he says so.

Bribery, threats and corruption aren't a good look

As said by the others already, only Rokkrwolf (server admin) and occasionally Intelli (server owner) make decisions on ban appeals. Neither of them have mentioned a permaban, but the more difficult you make it for them to sort this mess out, the more likely it is that your appeal will simply be overlooked as being too hard to sort out.
