You weren't unbanned there was a mistype in your name apparently so you weren't actually banned till now. It's all fixed.

I see your side clear as day but it still doesn't out weigh that you broke the rules.

At no point in any of your posts did you make a rational explanation as to why you lava'd him. Even if he was following you, as I said before, and you told him to "Go Away" and he said "Make me" doesn't make it ok to break the rules. He did absolutely nothing wrong your the one who stepped over the line. If you can't see that I honestly don't know what else to say to you.

See I understand what you mean kobebeanbryant, and why you thought it was okay. I think you were looking more at what he did wrong then what you did. You thought you could lava him since he was following you, and you told him to stop. This is perfectly fine accept for the fact you were using the Public Teleporter, which is for everyone. It still seems like harassment, which is bannable. Now lets look at the other side. Gman wanted to watch you and Glad pvp with stone swords, and even after telling him to stop several times he still wanted to watch, so you lavad him. He then posted a ban request on the forums. The difference between what you did verses what Gman did is that you didn't handle the situation the way you should have. If you had have posted a ban request up maby he would be the one banned. Either way it is the public teleporter and therefore is free to use. Also note this was stone sword pvp. Even if you did get 2v1 all you would loose is a stone sword, where as Gman lost around 15k worth of stuff.
