The first ban, I was banned for asking for my diamond sword, back. I was banned for "Whining". The first ban, had nothing to do with a hacked client. I was only asking for my sword, back. I have no clue what in God's name lightbulbs is talking about, I never ever used a hacked client in the first ban. It was a small issue. As for the second ban, I have admitted to using fly hacks, in my original ban appeal. There is no question about it that I used the fly hack. However, I only used it for a very small amount of time, and my minecraft has now been returned to its original state. I am asking to be let back on, with a warning. So if I do anything wrong again (Spam, unjust killing, greif etc), I will be immediately banned. I am a true, legit player, and wish to be let on. As for the people, who can vouch for me, they know that I am a legit, player, so yes I did use them in the last ban to.

In the first ban, you were not banned for asking for your sword back. You spammed. That is a bannable offense. After a first ban, what all intelligent people do is go look at the rules to make sure that they don't break any more.

On the second ban, that was not your only flight. I recalled you flying twice, and speedhacking. Panthers told you to stop speedhacking. As soon as you were out of his sight, you flew. Good job getting a bunch of witnesses, too.

If I was banned for hacking, unbanned, banned for griefing, unbanned, banned for spamming, unbanned, banned for stealing, then unbanned, would that be fair? Just because this is a different ban than your previous one doesn't give you any more right to be unbanned.

I see no reason to let you back on the server.

I only flew once, ever on Minerealm. And Panthers, never told me to stop speed-hacking. The only time, I flew on the server was, what is on video footage. I have a feeling that you are a very confused boy... I never, got banned for greifing, or stealing... The first ban, was for spamming and whining, which is what I stated earlier. I never denied, it. The second ban was for fly hacked, once... And in addition, I only fly hacked for about 2 seconds. And Panthers, never said "Stop Flying". I have no clue what you are talking about...

In the end, it is not you decision. I would like to thank you for your input, in this matter. But in the end, it is Intelli's decision!

I distinctly remember, and panthers can clarify this: This was after you flew the first time, don't deny your crime. I had seen you go crouched, and speedhacked around the side of the spawn building that was closest to the farm. Panth said: Joey no speedhacking. you stopped, then went into the spawn building. after you went in the spawn building was when you decided to give out diamonds, a lot more than 18.

That's when I captured the video. After the video, I /msg'd panth telling him "I got a fraps of joey flying".
Panthers said: "flying too?" also in private msg.

If you really want, you could ask panthers.

Oh yeah, I totally believe that the ONLY TIME YOU EVER USED A FLYING HACK THAT YOU TOOK THE TIME TO INSTALL WAS AT SPAWN WHILE A PERSON WAS VIDEO TAPING YOU.
