The first incident I had with him was last week. I was trying out my new pvp gear in the nether. I saw an invisible guy in the nether which I knew was Unbound. I thought he was a allie, so I didnt attack him, but he opened the enderchest and attacked me. I then logged, seeing it wasnt a fair fight, because he caught me off guard. The second I logged on my alt he started messaging me. He said that he would help aid me, but it was one of his guildees. I told him that he couldnt help anyways, because thats bannable. A minute or two later he said the nether was clear, but I didnt quite believe his story, so I sent Skylord_Fox to make sure it was clear. He hit Unbound with nothing in his hand which I didnt tell him to do, and Unbound immediatly starts threatening to ban us both. Skylord_Fox is new to minerealm and had no clue that was even a rule. Unbound then goes on to say that he was lying. I find this low, and pathetic. Not only this, but he used my trust to lure me back into the nether pretending he was a friend. I find this pure harassment. He and his friends(Frostybirth) then held a grudge against me, and countinue to call me a pvp logger.

Yestarday, I went pvping again. I saw frosty in the nether. Appearently he was telling Unbound that I was in the nether. Unbound came in to get his revenge, and he killed me. I then asked him for my stuff back, and he lied to me again. Then today he harassed me even more about it. I hit him with a stone sword in the nether and he replied telling me that I was damaging my own armour. I asked him if he lied about not having it and he said yes. I have a couple more screenshots of him lying if I must show them.

Well tbh I don't know where to start. I will say I have extensively look over both of your logs and you both are liars. It seems you both lie just to try and get the other to say something and slip up.

It's simple if you are in the nether assume everyone is a target. You have no evidence it was Unbound the first time and even second guessed yourself. As far as the whole "I cant aid you goes against my guild" if he did he would of gotten banned just like anyone else and his guild well there's several staff members in it so he was probably referring to it as it's against the rules and my guild would ban me.

^ This is bannable you are logging out on a account to come back with a alt to kill the other person, regardless if you login right away or hours later you took a advantage of using a second account to attack the attacker. So I suggest not doing that.

As to the next part how exactly did he use your trust against you and lure you back in? I am rather curious as to your terms of luring. Now for the last part you said he killed you again with no evidence but even still what would it matter? You argued for quite awhile claiming you had Rosesz check on him and if anything kept harassing him that he killed you and making up stuff and he just kept claiming he was afk.
And then him flaunting that you were damaging your own armor, well either I am blind or I'm not seeing anything on this, I checked all the logs and don't see it.

So unless more evidence can be brought to the table I don't think a ban is going to be given. However I will say that Unbound you need to lighten up, I have seen your logs and know how you act and if you continue you know what will happen. That means both in-game and the forums and you have been warned about your posts on the forums before.

This is why pvp sucks now. Everybody boasts ( even if it is a bad/lucky). Most people should not make fun of people by being bad at a video game. Because , unless its continues and your like me and when you see letters you have to read them, you shouldnt feel bad your bad at doing something in a pixilized game. Because its not a skill. Focus on real life skills more than on your pvp skills. Dont waste all your time enchanting, and dont pvp /scout the nether first if you have tears over this. Stop being 5 , every pvper. ( Ive had these expieriences too)

Rokkr I said that Logging in as my alt and killing him would be illegal, or that's what I was trying to say. I was in the wilderness on my alt in the first place, and had no intention of killing him. I was in the wilderness and didnt have any good pvp stuff anyways. Also in him saying that I am damaging my armour was some of the evidence to support that he had been lying to me.

Infamous I have lost pvp before and that's not why Im ban requesting him. The reason Im ban requesting him is that he has been lying to me on many occasions in both situations.

This is the part I find bannable. He also played it off as he was an Allie of mine, and he would aid me but the person attacking me was a guildee. He also tried to get me to log back, so he could kill me by saying the nether is clear. I find this as luring, since he is lying to me, so I log back in and he can kill me. If you notice he says that what I did was illegal, and goes on to say you told him it was illegal. Logging is definantly not illegal, so I said that it would be illegal if I logged and killed him on my alt. Either way he was trying to get me to log in by lying to me.This I also find as low, and just mean.

I do know the nether is full pvp. I don't pvp for loot, as I already have lots of valuable stuff. I pvp mainly for fun. I also give back people's stuff usually, and I don't attack people on my buddy list (UnboundStriker), or in my guild. I guess I should change these ways, and kill on sight and take all the loot. I however do not see how lying is allowed. Exspecially if its to get me to log back in. I did lie about having Rosez check which I shouldn't have done, but seeing staff wasn't on and I felt the need to check if Unbound was lying or not I said that. Very quickly after words I told him that it was a lie. I kept questioning him, because I knew for a fact he was lying. I would have stopped asking him if he would have told me the truth in the first place.

If I may add a comment to knock some sense into both of you before you both get banned. 08, brother in arms, I support you all the way whether it's a small dispute or a big one, but come on man! I want to throw unbound down some stairs ( with spiked steps and alligators at the bottom) as much as you do, but this thread is petty and your letting rage get the best of you. Be the bigger man in this situation and let it go. And unbound, seeing that you're the bane of everyone's travel in the nether and even though your the "king of pvp" think of how some of your actions and words will do on others. Example: when you killed me when I was just trying to visit ChaiMoo through a quick route, you killed, took my stuff, and called it crap even though you kept the god stuff -_- don't deny it either. What I'm saying is that this request is meaningless in the face of the staff, pvpers, and your friends. And I mean this to both of you. Unbound quit being a meaner and 08 just be careful and make your truces more cautiously. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going back to watching Tobuscus play dishonored and maybe the next dumb thing lolom will say
