You shouldn't expect anything except honesty, and I hope you believe me when I say that I haven't been (purposefully) speed hacking, I don't even know what that would involve, all I used was a mod thing to give me xray. However, I did notice that whenever I climbed ladders, or walked up stairs, I did so quicker than what would appear norma, on both single player and on multiplayer, I honestly don't know how that happened, but I've flushed my .bin file after I deleted the mod and it seems to have sorted itself out now. I can't really provide any more of an explanation than that.

I just really want to get back in the game man, I have a cool house and a realm and I have really enjoyed playing, I really really miss playing on the minerealm server and it was one of the few I have found that was 99.9% vanilla, and I had to go and ruin everyone else gaming experience in order to get a few diamonds which I could have otherwise acquired.

I understand that now, I was kind of annoyed at the time and just pasted stuff in having not read their posts through properly, sorry.

I really do promise that this would be the first and last time that you would ever have to ban me, and that I am truly remorseful for my actions as even though to some this may not seem a big deal, it does to me because I have violated the trust of a server which I enjoyed playing on so much. I don't blame you for what you've done, it's entirely my fault, of course it is, but I know that you're good mods who understand how to deal with situations such as this, and I hope that you can see, from your 2 years of experience as a player and as a moderator that I really mean this when I say I just want to play, I don't want to bend the rules in any way every again because the consequences are far worse than any pay-off.

There is no auto-unban system. It's done by Rokkr himself when he gets home from work (or, in rare instances, Intelli), so unbans generally tend to happen later in the day. There are a few exceptions (my most recent ban, for example) but that's the general rule.

X-raying is a serious offense, but you do seem sorry. Part of the ban punishment is to not get any feedback and to not know what is going on. Hopefully staff will decide to un-ban you soon.

That's not part of the punishment. That's just because nobody really wants to deal with appeals, they just get pushed further and further back until someone goes "Eh, I'll just unban" or leaving it to be perma.

There's not a complex, always addressed system where all the staff are in constant discussion or each appeal.

The definition of punishment is the penalty for an offense. Now, not having your appeal answered by Admin may not be the specific punishment inflicted by Admin, yet it is one of the repercussions that you have to deal with. I never said that this was a specific punishment of Admin, I simply said it is a punishment, which it is. (And I never said this is a complex system)
