Basically ur saying its garbage. Now I could say that about hundreds of builds that were placed in spawn before INCLUDING the spawn buildings before. Who cares if it is touching the spawn. These "people" that are complaining are just passing by. You realize how many people complained about the jail looking spawn we had couple months ago? A crap ton. Maybe thats how roob builds. Who are you to judge how they build. Whats next, are you going to complain if I build cobble buildings on my spawn realms? Here are the facts, its her realm not yours. I'm about 99% sure these newbies that join the server aren't saying "wow nice spawn, but look at the mess over there! bad server! leaving!" Lets face it, half the people that join do not stay. Maybe I should put out an appeal saying that torn should be banned for putting "torn" on his spawn realm because its not pretty looking with the open field we have at the lovely spawn.

You're missing what Chubsy is saying... It isn't entirely about how it looks, but more the fact that it has been "In progress" for several months now. I believe Roob was warned a long long time ago by Intelli to do something with the realm or it would be put up for auction. Since then, it has just been a pile of blocks.

*Edit: Not to mention considering she complained about Torn's realm lacking a actual path through it, Roob might want to consider putting a path in...

Until I see an actually rule put on the forums saying "You must listen to everyone else and remove your build if they don't like it and build what we think is pretty" I'm still gonna say she can do what she wants and people need to get over it. Its not like shes trolling you people, your just getting yourself's worked up about something that isn't your business. Close to spawn or not, people are going to see builds people don't like throughout spawn, what makes hers any different? I can walk 100 blocks away and see an ugly spawn city build.

Intelli himself has stated that immediate realms around spawn need to be of a certain standard.

Builds immediately adjacent to spawn are subject to staff (read: Intelli's) discretion. If memory serves, at least one realm has previously been issued an ultimatum to be improved or be confiscated from the owner at the time.

again..until I see being said officially on the rules its just what you called it, a "standard". What is the standard of the build to the right of Intelli's tower? I stonebrick house with walls around it, whats the standard there? how does that meet the requirements of a realm around spawn? Honestly, that is a legit question. Give me a viable answer for a standard realm around spawn. Cause so far all I'm hearing is, Intelli stated this, he didn't make it a rule, he stated it as a certain standard. You know how I feel about the realms that make up spawn? Crap, complete crap. We have complaints about roob's build, but yet when people complain about the spawn isn't unique, its just a crappy open field, thats okay because its "spawn". But the build around it have a "standard". Heres my standard for spawn, if you want people to give people an amazing spawn, actually build something on the 4 spawn realms, because I see them as ugly, unattractive, and worthless. A grand building, an amazing statue of something, anything that would actually give appeal. Because so far, Roob's build has more unique look then spawn does since everyone is interested in her build.
