That's why I'm saying tread carefully - it's not clear what would happen if a ban request was lodged against him for luring. If he's on his final chance then it's best not to push his luck

The luring rule would be more properly called the "Luring under false pretenses rule." Legit is correct, and staff has previously stated that having the advertised items and being clear that pvp is enabled will keep the luring rule from being broken.
