Guys when you vote you don't vote on biasness. We are voting on if he should be unbanned for crimes that he has committed, and he could very well be innocent. Don't vote on wether you like the person or not.

Monkeychunks, I believe you may have misinterpreted the implementation of the poll. Judging whether a player is innocent is up to the admins only, this is a dictatorship not a jury. The poll, while having next to no influence, gives the admins an idea as to what the community thinks about this person in general (which generally is influenced by biases, internal or external).

I say -1. I find this an incredibly fishy story, since you have been banned before for the exact same reason, and this, for me, is a clear indication that you did not learn from your mistakes.

I'm not being bias. He deserves to be banned, and on top of that he decided to specifically target members of Vortex in a provoking manner. I don't recall saying anything to make him mad, so he started flaming. Also, I don't want illiterate players on our server.

I did not flame or disrespect in any manner but take it how you like i just stated that the vortex members mainly roach cubeguy and oneman (now ex member) posted a lot of pointless posts on the forums. this is not flame but lets stay on topic of my ban appeal here i don't want to argue, you go your way and ill go mine.

I'm sure we can be mature enough here to all talk civil and at least accept each other opinions.

IMO vortex mainly cubeguy, roach and you spam the forums to get your post count up because every time you hit a milestone you add it to a post in some for or manner. I cant go to one single thread where one of the vortex members haven't spammed some rubbish or pointless post to add to there forum posts.

(roach and cubeguy try to post at least half decent things when they post but still as half as bad.)

Helping out on ban appeals is undoubtedly a great way to ease the load on the staff, however when it gets to the point that you have almost 350 posts (40% of your post count) in the bans sections and are posting generic comments that are either sort of related, or not related at all to the circumstances then it becomes rather annoying seeing your name popping up in almost ever ban appeal submitted, especially when you know nothing about the circumstances, as has occurred on numerous occasions.
