Oneman, I'd advise, for he sake of your own ban appeal, that you refrain from posting in any ban appeals other than your own. Usually when you post, someone, usually iixam, tries and succeeds at provoking you and then we get into this whole flaming thing. If you don't post, then nobody, especially iixam, can provoke you and cause you to flame.

Sorry iixam, but from a third party viewpoint, it seems as though many of your comments about Oneman's comments are what actually ignited the flaming from Oneman. If you are going to post a satirical comment about one of Oneman's comment, then don't even comment at all. As for Oneman, if someone tried to provoke you, don't even respond to him/her. He/she will already look bad for posting a rude, satirical comment, so don't condescend yourself to his/her level by arguing back at him/her.

On a more relevant note, it does seem that a detailed perception of what really occurred from 3 different parties can really clear things up. I also know that killing when people put their armor away is a tactic used by a few pvpers, especially when they're opening their enderchest. I've experienced it first hand. Once while taking off armor and putting it in the enderchest, and another when just looking in my enderchest.

Who says he was done fixing the grief, he may have been walking towards other grief or out of the nether that for sure you were unaware of.

As far as removing his armor of course he put away his inventory as all staff do when they check grief incase stuff like this happens and players refuse to return the items.

Either way you should of asked him prior what he was doing even if it was just to mess with him you shouldn't of hit him. You clearly knew he was in there to fix grief and then you did that to mess with him and now look what happened.
