OR
Have a mod or admin check who placed the blocks before you buy it, then buy the realm and put all the materials from the building you removed into a doublechest for them to collect. I have been told that as long as the realm was disbanned, and items were available up for a certain period of time to the original builder, it was fine to remove them if you allow the player to collect their things.

The collect blocks and return to owner was a rule from the book of rules, which no longer applies since panthers is gone. It is safe to assume that if the previous owner comes back, you will be banned unless an admin has given you an okay to mess with it..

Took me a while to read it, nothing that I didn't know, it's all common sense after all, but It's excellently written. (skipped all 12 pages of replies, read just first page mind you)

If he took so long as to write this "rulebook" in a proper, easy to read way, it is obvious what his intentions are. Serious rule-enforcement server contribution intentions. If he took his sweet time writing this, he would know the rules better than anyone else on here, and supposedly, he could be a perfect admin if given the chance.

Nobody writes this stuff out of boredom, maybe he wants to stick out? If I were able to vote (Don't know if I'm allowed to or (Chuck Testa - meme. Means Nope)) I would so tottaly vote him admin, if not king of it all  .

Serious post, carefully written and done perfect. Definately deserves an award. This is what a community contribution is. A real contribution when needed. IF only all players were like that.......

Here's a tip.

If you don't read an entire thread which, on top of that, hasn't been posted in for quite a while, there is a good chance you're going to draw conclusions or make statements that make absolutely no sense and show how little you know on the subject.

In other words, don't post unless you know what you're talking about and generally it's a bad idea to post in a 'dead' thread unless you have a really good reason.

Alucard. Your post makes close to zero sense. Perhaps you should read the entire thread, since over the course of the thread you will discover that the OP was an admin, has since left, and the whole rule book is more or less invalidated, as it was only enforced by him and any other admins/mods who choose to follow it since the server owner never endorsed it. Commenting on the first post alone of a 13 page thread only makes you look colossally ignorant.
