I'm not quite sure so someone correct me if I'm wrong but, according to rule (1.5) Threatening of indirect PVP. Spawn realm prices (nature) have been changed to 10k correct? So please make a new definition of "spawn realm".

Well, the spawn realms were 50k but recently they've been changed to 10k unless sold by another owner (price varies). What bothers me is, I'm very much likely to have the attitude of going all the way to the point of lava'ing someone (while following the rules). At the same time, with the new update of multiple spawns, we need a new definition of what a spawn realm is, and whether the terms of lava use should be changed or not.

Second I thought it is a good set of rules to help me understand alot of what happens on this server. I know that as I continue to use the server and become a pressense here I know that I will continue to use this as a guide for my actions. I thank you.

These rules were posted by panthers who is no longer an admin so they might be useful as a rule of thumb kind of thing, they won't stand up to any pressure. For the full set of rules that has always been applicable, refer to the signs posted at spawn.

Guide is too strong a term. there are many things in here which are now 100% irrelevant. Seriously, just read the rules at spawn.

If the realm disbanded by natural means (i.e. inactivity), then you should be able to have your way with the realm. Of course, it's always polite to let previous members of the realm come back to claim their possessions.

Be super careful if you do that. If a realm member comes back and claims someone was greifing, you will probably take a ban. It would be best to get a mod or admin to state that you can mess with it, no matter why it was disbanded.
