In the past it has been stated that no matter of witnesses with no screens etc. will stand as evidence - could you maybe state what time this occurred and on what day, along with the timezone so that the staff can check the chat logs for this harassment.

And yeah, I would suggest you use Chrome for it's built in spell checker, which would probably help to stop the comments about your spelling.

I can agree with this. I was sitting beside Robert when it happened. As soon as I tp'd home for food hairy came to spawn, saw kind not moving (talking to me) and attacked him, when I tp'd to spawn, I was hitting hairy roughly 4-7 times, then tp'd home. Hairy also refused to give back any items even though we all agreed we gave back the items after.
(I didn't take any screens because I thought I could trust my own brother)

and i trust you sark in this so i dont think you would lie and sorry if i go a little off topic here but is hairykid your brother? its like the luke vs vader fight in star wars but enough off topic from me now but like i said i belive in you sark and like kindr said where is the screens i dont want to acuse annyone but in this place is the rule like this: "If you dont have Screens you cant get annywhere with a Ban Request"

Hairy, from what i've read, this seems like a ban request would be more appropriate against you considering there's multiple counts of illegal pvp in YOUR original statement. i suggest this thread is locked now and no-one posts here again.
