With all due respect LM108, I am genuinely confused on both counts.

I couldn't imagine being disrespectful to anybody! You can ask around if you doubt me, I am always friendly, cordial, and polite. Even towards people I didn't like, I strive to maintain a level head and respect them as a human being. If I did something horrible enough to get me banned couldn't I at least get a log or something that would remind me what I did?

As for collaborating, I'm not quite sure what you mean. I was not "working jointly with others or together especially in an intellectual endeavor", or "cooperated with or willingly assisted an enemy of my country(especially an occupying force)" and the last time I checked "Lightbulbs" was not "an agency or instrumentality with which one is not immediately connected". If you meant to say "talking to", than yes, I'm guilty of listening to him yell at me to post things on the forums and ignoring said requests, ignoring the multiple *Touhou*(spelling fixed due to Lightbulbs yelling at me) videos he insists on sending me, and watching the Retsuprae videos he posts in my Skype along with five lines of commentary. Also Lightbulbs is not a people, he is a person.

If I'm wrong please, correct me, because I am still really confused.

Admins i would like to point out this fact, if it gets me a temp ban or not.. then oh well...

As ramien has been banned for THIS long because of what happened (i was there), why isnt connorartman97(sorry bro, this point needs to be proven)? Ramien took dan's name and made a few statements that could have been quoted by some people in the chat and used against intelli. However, what ramien did was moot compared to Connor using intelli's personal information and actually USING it, not spreading it, seeing as lightbulbs gave it ut, but the fact is Connor breached the privacy curtain... Yeah ramien messed up but seriously... if ramien is to be banned this long for that, i think intelli needs to look over connor.

just my .02.... i really dont find this fair against ramien. He, like myself, began hanging wiuth the wrong crowd and did something he shouldnt have. All staff know how ramien was loved on the server, intelli included. To not bring him back, i think is killing a bit of the server's flavor.

Mkay, since I already got a response from the staff I guess I can continue to the second phase of the appeal, the part where I defend myself and await for the "staff" to make a decision. This is mostly @Intelli because of:

So, I wasn't really sure why talking to Lightbulbs about things such as; *Touhou*, Homestuck, My "Stupid Rock Religion" and why it was bad, and Copious amounts of Star Wars Trivia, is even being considered as a rule that I broke. It's not like I was planning griefing attacks on the server or telling people to worship Lightbulbs as a living god(to his IMMENSE displeasure). Apparently Lightbulbs had done something bad, except he claimed he had done nothing and you wouldn't tell me what he did and said that I "didn't need to know".

Before I cut contact with someone I'd like to know why I am doing so. I mean, I sometimes talk to Panthers17 about books, should I stop doing that too? KyleFate is technically banned at the moment, shall I remove him from my contacts list? I don't understand why the people I talk to over the internet is one of the factors that keeps me banned, and I don't understand why this is even a rule in the first place. It makes the Staff look like paranoid Soviets in an American propaganda reel, and don't say thats disrespectful because from this side of the Iron Curtain that is simply what it looks like.

The second point is that I was disrespectful. No, no I was not, at least to my knowledge. I've never run around yelling that staff members are retarded or whatever, and I'm always polite as I stated earlier. What really pisses me off about this one is that the person I "personally offended" was Intelli, who REFUSES TO TELL ME WHAT I DID TO OFFEND HIM. How do you expect me to apologize to you if I don't know what I did wrong? I don't even remember what I said to you that made you drop the hammer on my face. If you told me then I wouldn't have to play "bother the Staff on Skype" to try and figure out which of my numerous chats displeased God.

It's very annoying and confusing to be banned for reasons that were not explained to me, are either "taboo" and get wiped along with my entire ban appeal thread(the last 2 were taken down), or are mysterious things that I don't need to know. If you have a problem with me Dan I'd like to hear it, because if its a simple matter of dislike I won't show my face around here again. On the other hand, if it's because of what I have done to you or your community I'd appreciate first knowing the mistake I made and second how I can best attone for it.

The last thing is I don't appreciate is the Staff constantly sweeping this thing under the rug. It's not like you will lose respect for being open about the decisions you make, if you have good reasons for things you don't need to hide them. If you don't, should you really be going through with those actions? This isn't like the USA hiding nuclear bombs or something, this is a few people being banned from a game on the internet.

In conclusion, I'm not a bad person and all I am asking for is some basic communication. And Dan, if you are wondering I deleted you from my contacts because people kept pulling you into calls and I wanted you to know that it wasn't me. Anyway, whatever. Odds are this gets taken down too for some reason and I get another IP ban.
