Honestly, it seems to me like he was using a bot, or auto clicker, if he didn't reply at all..

I was not using an auto-clicker. It was tedious manual work and I spend many hours mining while doing other stuff at the same time. Sounds to me like Flanny does it the same way.

This has to be one of the most erratic bans I've heard of to date.
It can take hours to accumulate enough exp whilst in a monster spawner to reach the higher levels, even with the right mob grinder settup. It makes perfect sense for MHq9VME9JQ to one handily click on a mouse occasionaly whilst watching something else. This would explain the long time between the ban and MHq9VME9JQ replying. Even with being banned, if you aren't paying direct attention to the screen it's quite conceivable that MHq9VME9JQ would not have noticed until later as his attention would be directed elsewhere. Watching a film over an hour in length would certainly account for this.
This is a doubtful ban as there is a lack of evidence to show any obvious breaking of the server rules, the case for a ban is slim and easily dismissed by MHq9VME9JQ's account of the events making a ban unjustified in my opinion.
I support MHq9VME9JQ's appeal.

mhq is very trustworthy i had a loan with him and he never cheated me for money or anything... but anyway dont you see how he could be watching a movie and not watching the screen?

I have an anxiety disorder and it can take me hours to send even the most simplest email, depending on the situation. There are many reasons it could take so long.

The more I read this thread, the more I feel this ban is unjust.. and I don't feel that for many bans. Xraying? Duping? Griefing? Swearing? Those all have clear evidence... but this ban is based off of assumptions... not cool.

I support this, I do this sometimes, likewhen mining, I just hold the button dowsn and move my mouse up and down when I hear a block break.

With a tv I know you can swap between pc and tv mode and leave minecraft on and you can click at mobs in the monster trap and kill them while watching tv. Of course I do see an issue if you get banned for auto clicking mistakenly but taking over an hr or more to respond on why you got banned?

For such an offense if it is an offense should be a kick from the game and given fair warning and a ban if they keep on doing it.

@everybody: Thank you very much for your support, especially to shaddowdemon for taking the time, even though it is hard for you. So turns out there is something good in everything: I am banned, but this ban appeal shows me how much people on minerealm care. I am proud and happy of being part of this community and sharing some time of my life with all of you. Thank you!
