A. We do not allow any mod that gives you an advantage over other players. Xray mods, speed/flying mods, minimaps, and anything else like that is not allowed. Additionally, Xray texture packs are not allowed. Mods like optimine and improved chat are allowed.

in my defence
1, i didnt know mod was on
2, doesnt really give me any advantage over other players as everything is seen clearly even with mod off
3, i uninstalled it now so if i dnt get banned i can never accidentely turn it on again
4, i am a very generous player, examples: i have given loans to people with no interest, i have given away loads of items for free including diamonds, i gave away around 5k credits as prizes for a random questions i asked the chat on the day that this pic was taken,
spritzo, and many other players are witnesses to my generosity.

Really, Lizzie? Having everything appear at full lighting doesn't strike you as helpful? Admittedly, the ability to crank the slider all the way up in game greatly reduces the advantage given, but back when Minecraft was DARK, fullbright was a HUGE difference. Also, as Fritter points out, hax are hax. It's also about respecting the rules of the server.

What difference are those two extra pictures going to make, Lardimus? We could tell you had the mod.

1. Well, there is no proof that you didn't know it was on.
2. Fullbright hax DO give an advantage in dark areas (IE Caves), and more importantly, fullbright hax almost ALWAYS come with an x-ray mod.
3. Well it's moot now, seeing as you used it and no one knows for how long you used it on the server.
4. This has nothing to do with this. At worst, this could be seen as an attempt at bribery.


Edit: The fact that you changed the picture obviously suggests that you knew what you did was wrong, and tried to cover it up. So don't say that you didn't know it wasn't allowed.

Anyone who seriously thinks fullbright is not a massive advantage has clearly never used it before. That and the vast majority of fullbrights actually come as a package with xray, fullbright, and a cave finder. Typically this happens because all three are done with rendering tricks so its simple to just put all three into one.

Aelcalan is a really smart guy, but Lardimus is so very nice, I would hate to see if he got banned. So, I vote for him... if you want to punish him, I would like to recommend a fine (eg. 2000 MC and pay a half of it to Aelcalan or 64 red roses to hand over to Alexa).

I don't think we can assume that he has the other two hacks. The "vast majority" of light hacks might come with those, but not necessarily all of them... so unless anyone comes up with specific evidence showing that he has xray or cave finder, this ought to be treated as strictly a full-bright case. That said, I think the full-bright alone could and probably should be considered bannable.

Not sure what this has to do with the ban request, it's just offensive and I don't understand why you do this (anyway, one more reason to leave, right?)... perhaps you should be banned instead of Lardimus to improve the quality of discussion.
