I don't have any screenshots, but he admitted to it. I don't think were discussing whether or not he did the "crime", but whether or not its ban-able.

EDIT: In case you want to know why I didn't take a screenshot, I have another program (to be exact, it's called xFire) thats takes up the F2 hotkey, so taking screenies on Minecraft won't work.

Regardless of whether he's banned or not, pretty much the entire server now knows that Lightbulbs is at the very least untrustworthy. Will it cause him any problems? Heck if I know.

#1. Lightbulbs don't do this again. (we've already banned you once next time it will be a permaban)
#2. Don't trade with people you don't trust in the wilderness.
#3. If it was a trade then both parties agreed to certain conditions which Lightbulbs did not follow.
#4. PVP is not for tricking people into getting their stuff like this.
