Why is my ban appeal being spammed with comments that are better suited for the message system. This site has a message system does it not, mine says 0 new messages, I'm so unpopular. I have a question for Intelli, or an idea I suppose. Though, I'm certain no one reads this stuff. But, I will continue anyways. I've been surfing other servers and the players their tell me that bukkit doesn't allow flying at all. So, no three seconds of flight before being banned, like on this server. Wouldn't activating that feature stop alot of the banning. Since 90% of players use the fly mod on single player, and it becomes second nature to them. It would seem like a favor to players if the fly mod was completely dis-allowed by server. This would mean if someone got caught in /trade, /home glitch or caught falling from high place and banned for flying, you immediately know that they were not flying. Then you could decide if they were trying to locate ore or they simply fell. I was also thinking that since it seems that there is no rhyme or reason to the order in which players are unbanned. Meaning some are unbanned within a day or two and maybe only played for a week or so, and others lose their realm before being unbanned, even though they have put in countless hours over a month or more. Maybe, a punishment system should be set up for fairness for instance if you fly your kicked for flying 3 times your banned for 3 days. Never permenent, flying for 2-3 seconds can't be that much help to anyone to begin with, except to escape from /home holes, that plague me even when I disconnect reconnect. (I think flying should be disconnected like on other servers, and eliminate this issue, as I stated earlier.) If your kicked for cussing 3 times your banned for 5 days, second offence 10 days, third offence permenent ban (keep it child friendly right). Ect, Ect. This basic layout of rules would add a level of fairness to the banning system. Everyone would know how long before they get unbanned, no one would lose thier realm and all thier hard work. No one would be given a favoritism status. If this idea sounds retarded to you, maybe have players apply for the position of dealing with the giant dictionary of bans. I really hope someone sees my idea as helpfull. P.S. I was thinking, If someday in the distant future I am unbanned, I will be scared to build anything because of the afore mentioned fly ban glitches. Knowing it might take 1 month or more before my appeal even gets read, I aquired this time line from reading through all the ban appeals. Anyways, I digress once again, probably just talking to myself here. Maybe, I can get the make a wish foundation to contact you and ask you to read my ban appeal. lol. Well call of duty is comming out soon that should fill the minerealm hole you have created in my life. LOL, wow, I've got too much time on my hands.
