With the evidence you've provided, only one person has broken the rules. Even then, swearing, even strongly, usually merits a warning on the first offense, often not even in any official capacity. As for the other 'offenses', you're being over-sensitive; worse has been said and largely ignored. Indeed, the person most responsible for exposing your cousin to this is YOU. You should have been better prepared for what could be said on a relatively free online chat channel. Had you had no idea, you should either have turned it off, or played without his presence to get an idea of what to expect. Instead, you forged blindly ahead, showing no discretion, and now post a profoundly useless ban request as a result. In fact, you're making a big deal out of something that probably should have just been brushed off as a minor thing, at least in explaining it to your cousin.
Now, this needs to be allowed to die in peace. While that happens, volcom should go learn discretion, as well as what he can expect to encounter here, and just what is actually against the rules, rather than what he thinks should be.
Don't beg for things! Do it yourself, or it isn't worth anything!
