You clearly did not read the definition. You expect Intelli to show you more respect than another player due to the fact that you donated? The fact that you feel as if you've been "disrespected" is a misinterpretation of the level of respect a person in your situation deserves. Therefore, yes, it is bribery to try and convince Intelli to have more respect for you for the action of "donating".

Yes, it is true in my mind that a kid who just randomly logs into this server deserves less respect than I person who's been here, playing helpfully and fairly for a long time. Yes. And a person who as actually made a monetary contribution to the server deserves even more respect. Yes. If you don't think so, then well, go move yourself up some corporate chain somewhere where everyone is treated with unbiased, ungrateful objectivity. Anyone who adheres to that mantra is by most people's definition what is known as a "douchebag". I don't care at this point if my ban is appealed obviously, I'm too insulted do want to even be on the same server as someone who would treat a person who gave them money (DONATED) with such indifference and distrust.

So yeah, a long time ago I might have used an xray pack, but I never used it (because it was never effective) for finding diamonds. It only sees exposed sides of blocks, and I used it to help me plan my buildings, and watch how things were spawning inside my mobtrap. I also used it at first (but hardly at all) for finding dungeons. That was back before I knew that using an xray texture pack was a bannable offense, and I immediately stopped using it for that reason. I've played on this server longer than nearly everyone who's currently playing with the exception of a handfull, and I've never used the xray pack to get an edge on other players. I'll be more than willing to hand out diamonds at spawn or teach people how to mine at 14.6 to find a stack of diamonds per hour if that will help ... but I feel like I've done a fair share of contribution to Minerealm, and unlike the droves of new players that come and go here, that haven't donated, I deserve a little more consideration than to be accused of cheating and banned without any notice.
