Now, i cant really talk because of my current position but my Father and my Uncle are both lawyers and my uncle specialises in residential cases, aka rents and tenents as such and if someone agrees to rules when they rent a property or section of land, then they are held responsible if something in the contract is not followed. Mtndewzane is not in the wrong at all as he clearly stated the rules and what could and/or could not be done as a tenant of his property/properties. It was entirely monkey's fault for not abiding by these rules therefore he requires no conpensation and mtndewzane should get no retaliation aka a ban.

But there was no "contract" there was a verbal agreement between Kids over a game... Mtn could have had them redo it rather doing it the way he did. His choice wasn't the only one avaliable to him and he just so happened to pick the wrong one... Yes maybe if Mtn made a nice written out conctract and emailed it, i could see where he would be right but there wasnt one...

That doesnt matter at all, if what you said applies to the situation then mtn could just have easily said that monkey was trespassing on his property and that he isnt allowed. they both agreed to it and monkey accepted his terms, he should have listened to/and followed the rules. Okay as an example lets take a drug deal, its illegal full stop, and in a court of law, the judge isnt going to let off the buyer just because there isnt a receipt or a contract from the deal is he?? they both participated and mutually agreed to it.
