Read the entire thing before posting. The Nova Store is in the spawn area, meaning:

Nova is outside of what is defined as a spawn realm, seeing as its just a 10k credit realm.

None of this matters of course, because I did nothing, clearly.

It seems to me that he quit the game while in the store and then joined when the store was closed.
This means nothing to banning Kress, because of course their's no proof, I just wished to clarify something: It sounds to me that he didn't actually break in. He was just at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Correct. NOVA was actually closed for those few days. If you were inside, that is trespassing. NOVA is not a spawn realm. The realm was originally bought for 10k, meaning it is outside the 100 block spawn parameters.
