The reason im swearing in this ban appeal is because I was so confident I would get unbanned, because this is all so silly and a waste of time. I actually had a little fun writing that long ban appeal.

1) Mods and admins don't ban people out of petty revenge. If JT banned you, it was for a good reason.
2) Swearing in your ban appeal shows you aren't taking this seriously.

All these replies are fair, and are against me. I understand the moderators are the good people, but take infact to both sides equally please. To clear up the arguing Kylefate, jtcanon and I came to a calm peaceful quit in our argument, he'll give you that. I told him I would stop arguing. Again, the rule in which I broke was also broke by another player called Rocky_Blast .
Can I have an admin or somebody other than jtcanon reply here?

Just wondering, but did you even READ my response? Judging by your post, I don't believe you did. You say Rocky_blast was harassing you by dropping netherrack? Well according to the book of rules...

Harassment (8.1): Harassment can be identified as performing an action with the intention of causing harm to another player, or the repeated verbal assault of another player, be it in game or on the forums. This is different from trolling in that it is personal and often malicious.Harassment is, as expected, a bannable offense.

Once the harassment victim asks the harasser to stop, he is required to stop. Continuing to harass will result in a ban.

There was a difference between what you and Rocky did. You, were harming people, where as dropping netherrack is not harmful nor malicious.


I don't mind that you want another admin/moderator to post here, but seriously. Again, did you even read my first post? No other staff member is going to post anything much different

As this entire argument seems out of place and over-the-top, I'll say this: You'll be unbanned Sunday night at 9pm GMT-6. I would tone it down on the trolling and annoying people, as if you do it enough there can be consequences. And, brain permitting, you may want to try to read the Book of Rules too (or just skim it). And more importantly, read the signs at Spawn.

Urm, if you had given 3 warnings, one of which was a /msg to rocky, then you could of hooked him all you wanted according to the rule book. Next time read the rules regarding trespassing and the like more.

Also, throwing netherrack around in a shop that sells netherrack IS harm. If i stood outside Home Depot and handed out free power tool, do you think they would let that fly? Use some common sense next time.

Also, insubordination is not against the rules. Mods are there to enforce the rules, not give orders. If someone is breaking the rules, a mod should punish them, but other than that the mods should not be using their powers. When they do, we call that moderator abuse.

Honestly though, rather than thinking any of those 3 are right or wrong, it is more like they were a bunch of squabbling 4 year olds with all three in the wrong and being absurd about it.

I could have sworn you just said the worst ban appeals ever? Sir, I've read about 5 today that are 1 paragraph long with no pictures or proof. Maybe you were mistaken and meant the worst BANS ever?

We'd already established that proof and rules don't mean anything because there's literally a rule that say "Mods and Admin can ignore the rules to ban a person if they want". Therefore, the odds of being unbanned is determined by how well you grovel, of which you did none at all.

Ergo, by how the system works these days, this is the worst ban appeal since the
OFFICIAL LAVA'D AT SPAWN RELIEF EFFORT
