I think he should be unbanned, given that he returns the lost items. It seems to me that a large portion of the blame is placed on the people trading, for trading in a crowded room. It may be that he deliberately interrupted the trade, but still. Two people trading in a crowded room should know the risks.

I would also like to point out that I did not intentionally take anything. This clause should goes much further than I need it to in my case.

This only further confuses me as I have done nothing wrong according to the rule book on this site. Please reverse my ban so that I may play with my friends.

Interruption of Trade (2.3): Should a player interrupt two other players trading by stealing the items, this is in fact a rule infraction. The reason the response differs here than in (2.2) is because this is classified as true stealing.

Both rules are found in the rule list, and as you can see from their numbers, they are literally inches apart in the same post. Arguing the rules on trading is pointless as this sort of thing happens all over regarding it. You might as well just say there are no rules regarding trading and the admins/mods can do whatever they want in regards to it.

I would not have banned you if you were responsive and actually said something. Instead I called multiple times in chat, and teleported to you. I then banned you because you were running away from me and the trade.

I did not see you at any point and like I said before, I had the HUD turned off and could not see any chat. I was mindlessly boating in that direction as I had over 3,000 blocks to travel to get to my friends camp. I did not mean to ignore you as I did not even know you were trying to talk to me and I did not see you at any point. I would have responded if I saw you. I did not mean to disrespect or ignore you jtcanon.

Please reverse the ban,
