You "believe"? You "believe"? Who cares what you believe? This proves nothing. You have no proof of bannable acts for your unfounded accusations.

I helped test the glitch after it was found but I did not take advantage of it in anyway, from the screenshots however it is clear that kress did.

Kress, kyle and blackhawk seem to be very arrogant right now, almost turning to violence to defend themselves. That, to me, seems very suspicious. They are getting angry at you. Most people, if the case was false, would calmly explain the problem. The fact that ALL THREE of you are raging is incredibly suspicious. Also, the fact that you keep telling 'case closed.' like you are trying to get them off your tail. Like you are trying to get people not to notice this.

About the evidence: That actually seems very good. It doesn't sound like joking, it sounds like they found a chest and are now stealing precious materials from it. It doesn't seem like you guys are joking at all, especially the "koj don't you dare tell" part. Probably not enough evidence for a ban, but definitely enough for people to get suspicious.

All in all, this has a 50-50 chance of working. To me, this seems like they actually were stealing, from the evidence and the replies. Not quite enough actual proof, though. It does seem like they are covering up and defending themselves harshly.

First off, this is a ban request with abosolutely no solid proof or backing, second off it's a ban request for a supposed offense agaisnt me. Now if you could read, then you know in my second post that I approved of hawk and kress using MY plot and MY chests to test the chest protection, which they prommptly did and even if they did steal from me I could care less, they're my friends. Now I don't know about intelli's point of view but if someone is griefed and the said griefed individual clearly states "Nah, I don't care it's cool, you don't need to ban them over it", then you really don't have any case agaisnt the "griefers" and have lost any reason or backing to ban them.

Also in my opinion, a lot of this is taken out of context. Which makes the evidence look less supportive to me.

Also, I propose the removal of Kojaimea from Terra Celestis after breaking any form of party chat trust, and betraying two realm mates with a proposed bad thread. He is obviously abusing a team experiment in an effort for the banishment of two players he hates.

Okay. First off, I did see your posts. To me, it seems like a cover-up, but it could very well be true. This whole thread depends on the truth of that statement. No, there is no solid proof of any of this. And kress, you banishing koj just made this case stronger. Again, you are getting mad at everyone, which seems suspicious.

Anyway, I don't think any action will be taken either way. There is no evidence strong enough for that.

No, what I meant was that it seemed like it could be an excuse to explain the speaking in the pictures. That they actually were stealing, but you made this to seem like they were just stealing from you, when you allowed it.

But again, I don't think anyone will get banned.
