Hmm... It would appear that from what I, and many others, can see, is the, "Hold down the Lefit Mouse button on this Eff. 5 Diamond Shovel" tactic for gaining credits.

I personally never do this, except for actual terraforming. Unless you're planning on building something and working up the credits to buy [it] the plots, then it is in fact grief :/
