He is a very dedicated player who hasn't done anything wrong as long as I have been on the server. +1, everyone deserves a second chance, people change, don't you know?

Everyone does deserve a second chance. Thing is, though, if he were to be unbanned, this would be his fourth chance.

I must say that he has had many chances, but ever since he got this account, I think he has proven that he really has changed for the better . I know that Magical_Monkey it a very dedicated player and it would be sad for me to see him banned. I think the fact that he has never done anything wrong since he got this alt should be obvious proof that he is deserving of another chance.

It doesn't really matter how many times you were banned. It is more of what the ban is for. Xraying twice means you did not learn from your first ban and you will probly do it again. Seeing that he has changed I think he should be unbanned.

For all of you who support him, I want you to read what I just said. Read it a few times if you still think he should be unbanned to let it really sink in.

I think this appeal is pretty much dead in the water.

In my opinion he went about this the wrong way which is why I voted no, instead of lying to everyone for months and breaking the rules every time that he logged on (logging in from an alt whilst banned) he should have made an appeal. I like magical but his blatant disregard for the rules is not welcome imo.

I know Magical well. I hes not gotten banned a quite a while now until this point. I talk to him frequently and he really does love Minerealm and the community even though he may not express it. His other account is now a mere speck he wishes to flick into the distance. I do not see any harm into an un-ban unless banned again which would really surprise me. His most recent ban/unban was April 1st, 2013 (Date of unbanning). That wasn't that long ago. Disregarding that, he's been banned a total of 8 times. Not even Kress or Lightbulbs were banned that many times individually (to my knowledge). He deserves nothing less than a permanent (actually permanent) ban.
