Must be hard...
I never was banned before but I can imagine how tough it is to keep waiting for a response.
Seeing how many ppl get banned it must be difficult for staff to check all the appeals and answer them. Seems like a full-time job to me.
Don't lose hope and keep bumping your appeal. An answer will come for sure, even if we don't know when.
