Lol.. I'm not denying that he killed me. I was AFK and Frosty killed me. I didn't attack him. I raged and I kinda would understand if anyone else did the same. A dumb mistake would make someone with a good enchanted diamond sword lost due to AFKing pretty mad.

Just for the record, ComradeGhost then demanded that I go kill Frosty and get his armor back, then swore repeatedly at me in private chat when I told him I couldn't. Irony is, I was afk when he did, and I never would've even seen it were it not for ShaddowCraft...

Until I see some real remorse here, I'm not going to support this appeal.

ComradeGhost should really post here. I can't forsee him getting unbanned if staff doesn't hear his story in his words, not to mention an apology if one is in order. On some appeals, posting for somebody else at their request might be alright but I don't think that's the case here. There's too much controversy to get his story secondhand.

As far as I can tell, here's what happened:

Comrade enters the Nether.
He sees and attacks Frosty.
Frosty pwns him.
He fights back without honor, insisting that he was afk.
He msgs me demanding that I go back and kill Frosty and get his armor back.
I say no, he swears at me, I ignore him.
He swears in public chat and gets banned.

Lol, so are you basically saying that I wasn't AFK when he killed me? It's kinda proof that I PM'd you because I told you that I was AFK when he killed me.

And by the way, I never swore at you, I may have said swears, but they weren't at you... We were friends at the time.. And the only reason you declined was because Frosty already killed you. He told me that.

I'm not sure what you mean about PMing having to do with you being afk or not. And as for the swears, I understand that you weren't exactly swearing at me, I just wish you would've stopped PMing me when I told you that I wasn't going to fight Frosty. And yes, Frosty killing me is why I decided not to fight him right then. As for us being friends, I hope that we still can be friends, I'm just a bit annoyed by your recent behavior.
