I believe that the valuables may have intrigued wmboclan to buy the realm so he could retrieve those items or materials, but it would have to be after 2 weeks. If it was only one week, then he would have to put back the stuff he took or it would be considered bannable with enough evidence.

That would make sense but still he should have at least msged me guadal or zell due to the sign because it said reserved for pieville so he should have just asked in the first place. Even buying the realm with the sign was a bad idea he basically just destroyed the sign to pretend like its not there.

If the realm was public, he has a right to buy it if and only if he has a good reason to. If he just bought up the realm and tore down your fort, that would be considered griefing/harassment. That said, reserving realms is generally not permitted, and, in fact, some people make a point of buying "reserved" realms to show people their place. However, that might or might not apply here, due to that realm being the property of Pieville already, before going public.

This is ridiculous. I bought the realm months ago. The same day I bought the realm beside it which was guadalcanals and I bought it off him in game. He saw that I bought your thing and said he would tell you. Apparently you didn't care because you didn't get back to me about it. Another period of time passed which I believe was close to a month and I had chubsy check out the realm before doing anything to it. He said that I was ok and explained that when purchasing a realm I had to wait a month and at the time he was there I asked him when you were last seen, and even then I could have built/destroyed even then. This too was weeks - months ago.

Well gaudino, sorry to say, but he had every right to have the realm bought and taken away. Sorry man, but this ban request is a little unnecessary since he bought the realm more than two weeks ago, as he said months or month ago.

Zellbud i am not on either side. I am saying that there was originally too little evidence to provide any good reason for him to be banned. If you had more evidence to back gaudino and yourself up in the ban request, then it would have be more thought of as an issue involving a banning.

I think there is plenty of land to build on, and he obviously didn't buy it for the land... I don't think this deserves a ban since he asked staff and he did try to contact the past owner.

As monkey said, zellbud i know were are friends, but he also had staff check just to be safe. He took all the precautions that were necessary for him to be able to own a disbanded land.

Hmmm well uh actually it was about 1 month ago but anyways i was actually never informed about the realm by anyone until like one week ago. This is a valid point and i wasnt informed until i went on an adventure into the wild so ya i guess this is pretty lame so this may as well just be ignored by all staff and people. Sorry WMBOClan for my confusion. This thread can be locked or something but once again sorry WMBOClan. Thanks. Oh ya btw wrote this here because I couldn't edit my first post.
