As far as I know there are rules concerning the four actual spawn realms. I've never seen any mention of rules for the realms surrounding those though.

Although I agree Roobean's realm is a disgusting mess, let him finish it and see how it ends up. (It has been taking a while though so get on with it already)

Sorry torn but this isn't a good reason to ban people.

This can be used to ban people as warned by Intelli in the past if they fail to adhere to his requests.

It's Roobean's realm. Let Roobean do what Roobean wants to it. Last I checked there is not a written set of rules/regulations you have to conform to for you to keep your spawn realm.

There was an entire post by Intelli actually outlining the rules/regulations about how to maintain the spawn realms in the immediate area, but due to time that post would take hours to find.

NO ONE, and I mean NO ONE has the right to tell you what to do with your realms. You payed for those realms and should not be challenged or told what to do.

If they are unappealing to the server and will give a bad impression, then Intelli has every right to tell you what to do with your realms. If you are willing to pay the high price for a spawn realm, then you have to be willing to uphold the responsibility bestowed on you to maintain impressive aesthetics to ensure you new players continue to stay.

If you conisder that the "spawn building" is now infact the entire 4 realms of grass as they are untouchable of present. Then that would mean the first "Actual" tier of realms that users can buy and do what we want would be Roob's ring of realms. All the other realms around are visually pleasing, just simply not this one. Now I don't think she should be banned as she should have time to imrove it as has happened with all other cases similiar to this. But I do think that she does need to told to make it more visually appealing.

Just because you do not see the creative aspect of roob's build, doesn't mean it should be taken down and or taken away from her. This is minecraft, and we should be able to create what ever comes into our minds. I'll say this, I'd rather see an interesting, weird looking structure, than a open field with trees around it as spawn.

It might be ugly, but it is unfinished and you can't force Roo to build to your tastes or anybody else's anyway. I agree that it would be good to have whatever building will eventually be there finished, but it's not as if Roo can be forced to build at the threat of a ban.

Ugly...something that makes the server look unppealing...and many people see it...

Basically, we should also order half of Minerealm's "New Player" population to make their cobble and dirt shacks (which are spammed around the entire map) look better?
What's the difference between seeing an ugly build at spawn and seeing several ugly shacks spammed across the map?

I can see why some people see this as ridiculous. Yes, it's Roobs realm and he should be able to do with it as he sees fit. I don't think that's why torn made this request. I think it's the fact that it's been "under construction" for as long as i can remember and everything he has ever made there has been complained about by ALOT of players. Now even just that wouldn't be enough to go as far as making a ban/ultimatum request. I think it's the combination of all the above and the fact that its touching spawn.
How does it make Minerealm look when a new player sees a huge dirt / water monstrosity that's been there for like 8 month plus. Now I'm not sure if it's worth a ban. But with the amount of complaints I've heard about it over the time he has owned it, I think something should be done.
