This is (once again) a situation that is personal and doesn't truly require a ban, nor do we as a player base need to see this mindless drama.
If you yourself were unbanned sneaker, I'd suggest it'd be either you're both banned, or neither are. (Because there is provoking from both sides.) But seeing as you got yourself banned already I see no need to ban Unbound for a personal vendetta you have for him. You've no proof of anything beside the minor trolling. Same for the many ban requests that have already been posted for you/oneman/others that have all been for a personal hatred you seem to share for each other.
This ban request is currently rejected.
As for Unbound I'm issuing a personal warning from me, you have been a little out of line. And it's not necessary to say A LOT of the things you say both in game and on the forums. (no matter how innocent each separate incident may seem) You're my friend, a good one in fact. So please don't put me in the position where I'll be required to forum ban you.

Rejected. Great VV thanks for giving this time. Lasted a whole 2 hours? He harassed me and trolled. Yet you don't seem to see that? Cool. Well glad his server likes trolls. Vv to said your self minor trolling. Trolling=ban I believe that's in the rules.

A warning was issued for a reason, this request doesn't warrant a ban.
