Usually what we do in this situation is that Staff needs a screenshot of your password chane confirmation.

If you are using windows, go to the "Password change confirmation" page and then locate the "PrtSc" button at the top of your keyboard and press it. Then open up Pait and press Ctrl and V at the same time to paste the screenshot into paint, then save the file and upload it here. There should be an Upload File section right below the text box when you're making a response.
