Hello there.

Not that this is any of my business but i would just like to point out that you can actually see in the dark using a pc or laptop with the screen's brightness set at a high point, understandably this burns out the pixels on your monitor however this does work. I myself have used this ALOT as it is in fact not against the rules nor is it exploiting in any way.

I mine all the time in the dark with barely any light (no mods). I prefer it lit, but if I forget torches I do mine in the dark. For this reason I don't think mining in the dark should present evidence that he xrayed.

I also mine in the dark so I don't waste torches. Then when ever I found a valuable ore I place a torch down.

I always mine in the dark with my brightness on full. I find it very helpful. Let's say you're mining in the dark when all of a sudden, you uncover some lava. The tunnel will light up like an alarm and warn you of that there's lava. This tactic saved myself from getting dowsed in lava when I was removing some gravel.

IMO vortex mainly cubeguy, roach and you spam the forums to get your post count up because every time you hit a milestone you add it to a post in some for or manner. I cant go to one single thread where one of the vortex members haven't spammed some rubbish or pointless post to add to there forum posts.

(roach and cubeguy try to post at least half decent things when they post but still as half as bad.)

Changed my vote. My last post was posted to support your appeal in saying that mining in the dark does not always indicate x-raying. I fully respected you, kezznibob, and looked up to you as a player. You completely disrespected me. You have lost my complete respect for you.

Guys when you vote you don't vote on biasness. We are voting on if he should be unbanned for crimes that he has committed, and he could very well be innocent. Don't vote on wether you like the person or not.
