He's not, and we're not here to judge what someone did on another server. The only time this ever matters is if the player is caught, and it's a repeat offense. Now, this was someone asking about being unbanned, it's served it's purpose, go post elsewhere.

Sorry Cog. I just thought it was a little weird that kojaimea had a global ban. He seems nice so I found it alarming. Also there have been cases where someones past has gotten them banned. Remember poopslayer?

He was banned for having a nude skin and refusing to change it. He stayed banned due to his past.
Moral: Your activity on other servers won't get you banned, but they can keep you banned.
On Topic: Twisted, if you are going to continue saying he deserves a second chance, I'm up for getting more evidence against him, and take my case to Intelli. <3

BTW, Intelli was the one that vouched for him being unbanned, but he left the final decision to me. As I didn't have enough evidence against Gmax, he was unbanned.
