This makes perfect sense. He tries to get on for the first time in 3 months, and gets banned. So he makes a forum account to try and get unbanned. Nothing odd about this at all.

Your case would have been more solid if you didn't go from saying "habe't played in three months" to "I played yesterday."

I am assuming he meant he hadn't played in 3 months and yesterday was his end to those 3 months when he started playing again. Although with his grammar or lack there-of that could be easily misunderstood.

Also an aged player such as yourself should know that we have zero tolerance for hacks and mods of the sort you're using. Should've warned/ asked us about it :X.

Aged player? He hasn't been on in 3 months and back then things like flymods were almost unheard of. We also didn't have the forums back then. Seriously, back then the only real form of hacking that got noticed was when you made a 10,000 block diamond tower.

Really cere, I definitely remember there being flymods back then, and it wasn't exactly uncommon knowledge. Can't really argue with you're other two counter-arguments though.

Although there were flying mods, and people know of them, they were not the big focus. Everyone was so busy raging about spawners and dupers that most people didn't give a hoot if your flying around the map at 1/5 of mach 1. Now that inventorys are server side, spawning and duping are slightly harder everyone can rage about the flyers and speed hackers.

There is a great deal of players that have accounts on here. The way he was saying it made it sound like he was an old player, which I would assume if he was connected to the community at all would have a forum account. But whatever :o.

Three months ago was late january, which was a little while after 2.0 was released. We were pretty well aware of flymods and whatnot. In december back in 3rd-4th gen we had plenty of flyers we had to ban (namely: components of avolition).I hope you're joking cere, we had the forums three months ago. We had the forums for quite some time I believe. I registered on them Dec 28th :X

Entirely possible i have my dates wrong, I don't believe in fact checking if they are my own facts, so meh. Regardless, i still do think that they way he said it did not imply being a regular and that there are far more people on the server than are on the forums.
