People need to understand that Freedom of speech doesn't apply on privately owned property, or in this case a privately owned server. It only applies to public property in the United States...
Also, since this server is privately owned, and free to play on, Intelli or any of the admins or mods have no obligation to tell an individual why they were banned. Intelli could technically ban everyone right now without explanation, and it would be within his legal right. Whether or not its rude... well... that's another can or worms.
That being said, how can the admins, mods, or anyone at that, trust you if you are complimenting a group of people who are constantly harassing this server and destroying peoples stuff?
