EVERYONE on the server have got to where they are by legitimate means.

To be frank, I don't think you should be un-banned. Heres the deal:

I haven't been on this server very long myself. I started from scratch like everyone else. I've lost everything myself twice now since I started, yet, I've manged to work, mine, sell very hard to get where I am. I now have a realm of my own, and a co-owned realm. Also, chest fulls of supplies and around 30k credits.

We all started off with nothing, and I'm sure many of us have lost everything along the way aswell.
The majority of people on the server have got to where they are by legitimate means. There is no excuse for cheating like you did. If everyone else managed it, why couldn't you?

As I said, it was a mistake. You didn't make one; I did. That is how it is with all offenses. You don't make an appeal unless you have done something wrong. This isn't supposed to be an excuse. I was just giving some insight into my intentions.

You seem sorry enough to be given another chance imo.

If you are given that chance, go far from spawn. When I joined I just walked until there was only wilderness (which was already at 400,500 at that time XD) and dug myself into the ground until I had mined a bunch of resources and gotten 10k credits. Once you've done that you can emerge and safely buy a realm and build above ground.

If I am allowed back on, I will live far from civilization until I can afford a realm. It seems like a much better path than thieving.

The offense is pretty dirty, but I've got to admit the appeal is very well done. Slug admits his wrongs and sounds genuinely sorry and willing to work legitimately should he come back. Much better than the two-line "zomg mi brothur did it i dident do nothin omfgggg" appeals we normally see here.

You also weren't banned for theft. You were caught and banned for flying.

Lol ok, I read through this whole thread, and was feeling pretty sorry for slug near the end... Then kero chimes in and said it was for flying!? Wow, loled... but still, he sounds like hes sorry and will stick to the straight and narrow if let back on the server. My vote is to un-ban him ( Like my vote matters ). I mean if he does it again, how hard is it to just ban him again? Anyways, thats just my two cents. Hope you get back on this wonderfull server Slug.

I did several illegitimate things to thieve, including flying to different locations. That is how I got to different areas to thieve from. It came with the chest-finder. It was one of my mistakes, and I have already totally uninstalled it, partly for this, and partly because it is said to have a lastlogin stealer. It is another thing that I vow never to do again.
