This statement is true, i knew the realm had disbanded, as i had visited there a few days before, when it was private, not only this but i seen the realm ID when it disbanded . Never, would i have stolen from an active member, i'm just a jew, and didn't want the around 10 stacks of wool to go to waste in 3 days or so... The way i seen it was that if i didn't take it, the server would take it, so i thought it ment no harm, little did i know that flanny was going to give him back his items. Upon being asked to in-game, i would've gladly given him all his items back.

Although i will not be able to return the items if my items aren't placed in a chest before the wipe, atleast not for a while, as alot of my valuables, including a stack of diamond blocks are in my inventory currently, and are going to be gone either tomorrow, or the day after with 1.8.

Actually, there wasn't any diamonds, i'm only shooting those in as a bonus lolol, all in all, the value of the items were worth i'd say maybe 3-4k RC, no more. While i'm giving about 12-15k RC worth of items back, as i truly am sorry, and can guarantee this won't happen again.


EDIT: Not only this, but before being banned, I had sold all my realms, but one, in hopes to buy the nova store for a large sum. But by the time i'll be unbanned, the store will most likely be sold to someone else, and the land which i still had a few chests on, and that is now public will be reset, resulting in all the chests of my passed realm, which i was suppose to clean, but got banned before i could, All in all, i would expect 50-60k RC in loses.

I know what i did was wrong, and i don't mind doing the time, but as i said before i'm willing to give back double of everything i stole, but could i atleast be given a chance to be unbanned for no more then a minute, so i can put the 50k RC or so in items i have in my inventory, in my chests?

If he is agreeing to give him the items back plus more he should be unbanned, he seems like he now understands the rules and is being honest about the stuff.

Tehbomb is a good player and should be unbanned imo. Especially considering it wasn't a huge amount that he stole and he is willing to pay back more than double.

He's always been an honest and helpful player up until this point.

This is the first time I've posted in a ban appeal in favour of the banned person. I wouldn't do so if I didn't truly believed it was the right thing to do.

Thanks alot. I will return the items i stated before to davidjerk, and if he's still inactive, i'll see if flannyflan could give them to him when he's back, as she seems to know him pretty well, and one of the chests in his realms had flanny's name ontop of it so my guess is he'd trust her also.
