Hi, I have been out of town for a while now and it has just come to my attention (via Jelion, alaxmax and skyeline) that I have been banned for x-ray hacking. I had Jelion talk to jtcanon who told him that I had found 21 diamonds in 5 mins and was banned because of it. I would like to be unbanned because I do not use x-ray hacks. Sometimes I find lots of diamonds close in a short period of time and sometimes I don't find any for a while.

I have nine realms and do mine a lot. Please check my mines, I try to mine as efficiently as possible. I dig out long straight tunnels every other 2 blocks in order to expose as many blocks as possible in the least amount of time. My mines in my outer realms are a testament to my word.

I'm sure once you see my elaborate mines and talk to some of my friends you will see that I haven't hacked and that I have no need to do so.

I have found gold, diamonds and lapis right beside one another in multiplayer and I have never relied on any x-ray hack to find those items. Forasmuch as this being said, sure I didn't mine just 21 diamonds in a given time but I am highly positive that it is plausible to mine 21 diamonds within a given time. On single player, I have mined diamonds by the tons (at least 25) with no aid of x-ray hacks. Seeing how this server was supposedly randomly made (so I was told), it carries the same principle as single player but with multiple players.

If it helps his cause I would like to take the moment to express my wish for Dogbert's ban to be appealed.

I generally keep to myself when I play this game, besides chiming in every once in a while on chat in pathetic attempts to make people laugh I don't talk. Most of my in-game interactions with the community have been neutral. However a few weeks ago I sought out someone to sell me multiple stone stacks. Dogbert quickly and politely answered my plea. We met up outside of spawn and exchanged goods; I actually overpaid and did not pick up on it (it being the first and only time using the /give RC command) and Dogbert was kind enough to compensate me with stone.

I don't know him personally, nor do I ever really see him on. In fact this has been my only interaction with him...but sometimes this type of occurrence is all it takes to get a good grasp on one's character. Now I can't say whether he is guilty or not, if so let the punishment fit the crime like so many other prominent members have been given. I've seen/read/lurked through many of these appeals, and for the most part they express great naivety or great impatience towards a second (or third) chance. This is the only one where I have felt the individual truly deserves a second chance, and the player is actually a real asset to the community.

TLDR: he's a good guy, deserves to be allowed back on.
